Hello!

We are Jen and Brian Shuck, great to meet you! Together we design, create, package, and sell carved and laser-engraved wooden products from our home and shop in Snoqualmie, WA.

We are committed to high-quality products with a healthy dose of rustic, farmhouse style. You can be assured that everything is crafted with the utmost care and attention to detail. If we wouldn’t put it in our home, we certainly wouldn’t put it in yours!

Rustic Pine Designs was born 14 years ago from our desire for Jen to stay home as our kids grew, and also to give her a creative and professional outlet. From the beginning, God has blessed this decision and He has caused our little business to thrive. There have been bumps and twists in the journey as our products and processes have evolved, but the Lord has always provided and we continue to trust Him to do so!

Our faith in Jesus plays a huge part in our business - from the integrity of our product descriptions and the items themselves, to how we interact with our customers and spend our time. He is the very heartbeat of our lives!

Jen

Jen is an admitted font nerd and enjoys designing, communicating with customers, and making our carved products. She always has paint on her fingers and sawdust on her clothes!

There is always a whirlwind of activity with our three kids, and Jen is incredibly thankful for a flexible work schedule that still allows her to help with homework, shuttle kids around, and just be “mom”.

Brian

As an engineer and avid woodworker, Brian oversees the structural soundness of all our pieces and helps keep the numbers straight. He also designs and cuts all our laser products. His creative mind is always coming up with new things to make and sell!

Our Happy Place

A few years ago, we purchased land in the mountains and began dreaming, designing, and building our tiny, off-grid cabin....all ourselves! It has become our retreat, and we spend as much time there as possible resting, playing games, and simply enjoying the beauty God has created.

Come see us!

We love participating in local artisan markets and usually bring lots of creations that don't make their way to the website. Even our kids join in the creating fun for these events, so don't miss out if you're in the area!
